Since the recent release, the URL for the Oracle Storage Cloud Service REST API endpoint is in the following format:

• Global namespace URL :
https://identityDomainName.storage.oraclecloud.com/v1/Storage-identityDomainName
• Data center-specific URL :
  https://dataCenterCode.storage.oraclecloud.com/v1/Storage-identityDomainName

In early releases of Oracle Storage Cloud Service, URL was:

• for metered subscription:
  https://storage.dataCenterCode.oraclecloud.com/v1/Storage-identityDomainName
• Nonmetered subscription: 
  https://storage.dataCenterCode.oraclecloud.com/v1/serviceInstanceName-identityDomainName
