ICS 16.1.3 Release

Oracle announced the availability of 16.1.3 release of Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
New adapters are now available : Microsoft Email, Microsoft Calendar, Microsoft Contacts, SurveyMonkey, MailChimp and MySQL.
New functional capabilities are included also : support for schedule File transfer and support for FTPS in FTP adapter.
